Because YumCraft sells digital products that are instantly delivered, all purchases are generally non-refundable.

However, we want you to love your experience. Refunds may be granted on a case-by-case basis if:

✔ You purchased a duplicate product by mistake
✔ Your file is corrupted or won’t download
✔ You did not receive access due to a technical error

To request a refund, email us at support@yumcraft.co.za within 7 days of purchase.
Please include your order number and proof of the issue.

YumCraft reserves the right to decline refunds for:
